Cory Fischer enters his first season as assistant volleyball coach at Salisbury in 2025.
Fischer previously served as an assistant coach at Muskingum University, helping lead the Fighting Muskies to a six-win improvement during the 2024 season. Fischer was a five-year starter and two-time captain on the Hiram College men's volleyball team, earning Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Libero of the Year honors in 2020 and garnering three All-AMCC honors.
This experience paired with four summers of elite camp work with the Kentucky Wildcats and Texas Longhorns shapes his coaching approach. His approach blends the fast-paced, physical elements of the men’s game with an athlete-centered coaching philosophy, focusing on development, confidence, and high-level execution.
